Wander Companion Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Management") complies with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” in Japan (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information Protection Law") in providing the "Japan Travel Comm" and “Wander Maid” services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") and recognizes that protecting the rights and interests of individuals is a significant social responsibility. The following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") is established. This Policy applies to the use of the Service (it does not apply to anything outside of the Service and is not applicable at all). Unless otherwise specified in this Policy, the definitions of terms in this Policy shall follow the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law.

1. Personal Information

"Personal Information" refers to "personal information" as defined by the Personal Information Protection Law, which is information about a living individual that can identify the specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, and other descriptions contained in the information, data related to physical appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and information (personal identification information) that can identify the specific individual from the information alone, such as the insurer number on the health insurance card.

2. Method of Collecting Personal Information

The Management will obtain the following information when users pre-register(join waiting list) and register for use. Additionally, information including personal information of users obtained automatically through cookies and web beacons, transaction records, and payment-related information between users and partners (including information providers, advertisers, and advertisement distributors, hereinafter referred to as "partners") may also be obtained from partners.

• Name, date of birth, gender, address
• Telephone number, email address, and other contact information
• Data of public documents necessary for identity verification
• Cookies
• IP address, browser type and language, logs such as usage time
• Device unique identification number
• Bank account number, credit card number, and other payment-related information
• Other information input or transmitted by users through input forms or other methods specified by the company

3. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

The purposes for which the Management collects and uses personal information are as follows:

1. For the provision and operation of the Management's services
2. To verify the identity and eligibility of subscribers to use the service
3. To respond to inquiries from users (including verifying identity)
